Be a Session Chair at the Next SETAC 9th World Congress/SETAC Africa 12th Biennial Meeting
All it takes to propose a session is a passion for a specific area of environmental science.
Session chairs and co-chairs are vitally important to the success of the meeting. To propose a session, follow these steps:
- Enlist the help of a co-chair but be aware that a maximum of four co-chairs is accepted.
- Prepare a short write-up of the environmental issue that is the subject of the session and the type of abstracts you hope to attract.
- Learn more about the meeting scope and tracks to identify the track that best fits your session.
- Read the session guidelines and submit your session proposal by 18:00 SAST on Tuesday, 18 February 2025.
After the deadline, all proposals will be evaluated by the Programme Committee.
