Registration is closed. 

 

In order to register, you will be asked to log in to your SETAC account. If you do not have a SETAC account yet, please join SETAC and create a (free) membership account first. You can have a look at the member dues and benefits for member-type descriptions.

SETAC Full Discounted(2; African countries) Member 240 €
SETAC Explorer or Free Discounted(2; African countries) Member 300 €
SETAC Full Member 480 €
SETAC Explorer or Free Member(3) 600 €

(1) Students (BSc, MSc and PhD students) from discounted(2)  and standard SETAC member categories.
(2)  Discounted members are living and residing in countries listed as low or middle income by the World Bank (which includes all African countries). 
(3) Free or Explorer members are considered all previous non-members or guest members who did not upgrade their membership by 22 June 2023.

Your meeting registration includes admission to all sessions, lunches and coffee breaks.

  • 29 August: Presenter registration deadline

  • 5 September: General registration deadline

Payment Information

The preferred payment methods for registration are via bank transfer (bank details will be provided on the registration order) or online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express).  However, your meeting registration can also be paid on-site in local currency (the exchange rate at the time of the payment applies). To make use of this, please select the 'invoice' option during your registration check out process.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing via email to the SETAC Europe Office, who administers the SETAC Africa Biennial Conference registration. If you cancel your registration by 10 September, your registration fee will be refunded. After 10 September, no cancellation or refund requests will be considered. Refunds for cancellations will be made after the meeting.

SETAC Europe reserves the right to cancel any events due to unforeseen circumstances. In case of event cancellations by SETAC, delegates are entitled for a refund of the full event fee.
In case of cancellation of the event or change in event format from in-person to virtual due to acts of war, acts of terrorism, natural disasters, or imposed restrictions due to communicable diseases, no refunds will be made.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Belgian Law.
You will be asked to consent to these terms during meeting registration.
