Welcome Reception
Be the first sponsor to present your company to the delegates of SETAC Vienna. The reception will start right after the Opening Ceremony on Sunday, 11 May 2025.
As a sponsor of the welcome reception, you will be recognised at the beginning of the event and where the event is listed in the programme (printed documents and meeting website). You will have the possibility to place a roll-up banner (or similar) at the entrance of the exhibition hall where the welcome reception will take place.
Student Lunch: Career Perspectives
The Student Lunch: Career Perspectives brings together students and established scientists from all over the world during an enjoyable lunch. Students will get the opportunity to exchange valuable knowledge or information with experienced SETAC members.
As a sponsor of this Student Lunch, you will be recognised at the beginning of the event and where the event is listed in the programme. You will have the possibility to place a roll-up banner (or similar) and distribute promo material during the lunch. On top of this, you’ll have the opportunity to give a short company presentation (max 3 mins).
Student Event Monday
During the “Toxic Tales” Student Event on Monday evening, students will have the opportunity to listen to an invited speaker, participate in a Q&A session, and then exchange and discuss ideas on the topic in an informal setting.
As a sponsor of the Student Evening Event, you will be recognised at the beginning of the event and where the event is listed in the programme. You will have the possibility to place a roll-up banner (or similar) at the entrance of the event.
Product Presentation Symposium
Gain recognition with a branded on-site product presentation, which will appear in the programme overview with your logo. Lunch will be served during the presentation. Announcements can be made in a separate sponsor mailing to all participants.
Sponsored Symposium
Give a branded on-site scientific presentation with an invited speaker. Lunch will be served during the symposium. The symposium will appear in the scientific programme overview with your logo. Announcements can be made in a separate sponsor mailing to all participants.
Volunteer T-Shirts
Sponsor the volunteer T-shirts and have your logo featured on the sleeves or shoulders of every volunteer’s shirt, ensuring high visibility as volunteers assist attendees across all areas of the meeting, every day of the event.
Programme Book
- Have your advertisement published in the printed programme book
- 1/2 page for 2500€
- 1/4 page for 1500€
- Help us print the programme book on recycled paper and have your ad featured on the back cover (5000€).

Family Room
Support parents and caregivers by sponsoring the "Family Room" at the meeting—a dedicated space for children to play or relax during specific hours of the meeting. As a sponsor, your logo and name will be displayed on the room signage and in the programme book. You are welcome to leave some gadgets or printed materials in the room.
The deadline to request this sponsorship item is 1 April at the very latest.
Quiet Room
Enhance participants’ experience by sponsoring the "Quiet Room" at the meeting—a dedicated space where attendees can relax, recharge, or work in peace. As a sponsor, your logo and name will be displayed on the room signage and in the programme book. You are welcome to leave some gadgets or printed materials in the room.
The deadline to request this sponsorship item is 1 April at the very latest.
Volunteer Room
Support our amazing volunteers by sponsoring the "Volunteer Room" — providing them with snacks and refreshments to keep them energised throughout the event. As a sponsor, your logo and name will be displayed on the room signage. You are welcome to leave some gadgets or printed materials in the room for the volunteers.
SOLD Eco-Friendly Notebooks
Eco-friendly notebooks with your branding will be at the disposal of all delegates. This item is to be supplied by the sponsor.

Eco-friendly pens with your branding will be at the disposal of all delegates. This item is to be supplied by the sponsor.
Sponsored Mailing
A separate email with the sponsored programme of the meeting will be sent to all meeting participants to draw their attention to your symposium, product presentation, sponsor page, exhibitor booth etc. at the meeting.
Limited to only four companies. Spots will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Digital Advertisement
Showcase your brand with a sponsored slide featured in the rolling slideshow at the SETAC Square and other screens around the venue, and ensure visibility throughout the event.
