Welcome Reception
Be the first sponsor to present your company to the delegates of SETAC Vienna. The reception will start right after the Opening Ceremony on Sunday, 11 May 2025.
As a sponsor of the welcome reception, you will be recognised at the beginning of the event and where the event is listed in the programme (printed documents and meeting website). You will have the possibility to place a roll-up banner (or similar) at the entrance of the exhibition hall where the welcome reception will take place.
Student Lunch: Career Perspectives
The Student Lunch: Career Perspectives brings together students and established scientists from all over the world during an enjoyable lunch. Students will get the opportunity to exchange valuable knowledge or information with experienced SETAC members.
As a sponsor of this Student Lunch, you will be recognised at the beginning of the event and where the event is listed in the programme. You will have the possibility to place a roll-up banner (or similar) and distribute promo material during the lunch. On top of this, you’ll have the opportunity to give a short company presentation (max 3 mins).
Student Lunch Seminar
During the Student Lunch Seminar, students have the opportunity to discuss highly topical subjects with the plenary and ask relevant questions.
As a sponsor of the Student Lunch Seminar, you will be recognised at the beginning of the event and where the event is listed in the programme. You will have the possibility to place a roll-up banner (or similar) at the entrance of the seminar.
Science Slam
Gain recognition during our search for the best SETAC Europe Science Slammer of the year! The Science Slam is a popular and wel attended session during the annual meeting where creative scientists present their research in a fun, undertanding and entertaining way.
As a sponsor of the SETAC Europe Science Slam, you will be recognised during the event and in the meeting programme.
