SETAC Europe is committed to making its events accessible and inclusive for all participants, which is reflected in our choice of venue. Allergies/Food requirements

If you have any allergies or any special food requirements, please email [email protected] by 1 April at the latest.

Animals/Pets 

Pets are not permitted at the conference, except for assistance dogs or other service-related animals. 

Children at the Meeting 

If you would like to bring your child to the meeting, please email [email protected] at least one month prior to the meeting.   

Please note that children must be under direct supervision of their parents at all times. Parents recognise that this is a professional meeting and that our exhibitors bring expensive and valuable equipment to the meeting, and parents are held responsible for any damages their children may cause. Damages caused by children are not covered by the event insurance. SETAC reserves the right to ask parents to remove the child from the meeting. 

All children must be registered by email in advance. Children who are not registered will not be permitted to access any rooms, including the exhibition hall. Additionally, parents will be required to sign a special authorisation form, which will be sent to you before the meeting.

Babysitter 

If you require a babysitter during the meeting, please contact your hotel.

Nursing facilities  

If you require any nursing facilities during the meeting, please email [email protected] at least two weeks prior to the meeting.
