If you need financial assistance to be able to attend the SETAC Europe annual meeting, be sure to have a look at the grant opportunities, which support the society’s mission and values by facilitating the participation of students, recent graduates and senior active members at the SETAC annual meetings.
Each year the European Partnership for Alternative Approaches to Animal Testing (EPAA) supports the participation of students and young scientists in high-profile international meetings dedicated to the development and acceptance of 3R alternatives to animal testing (Replacement, Reduction, and Refinement). Recognising that the costs linked to participation in international meetings are high, the EPAA is proud to sponsor the 3Rs Student Grants. Specifically, EPAA is offering 2 full grants of 1,000€ each to facilitate the participation of students and young scientists at the SETAC Europe Annual Meeting. The grants cover the reimbursement of the registration fee as well as travel and accommodation fees, based on the expense receipts.
