In-Person Exhibit

$2,300 by 18 August

$2,700 by 1 October

 

One in-person exhibit includes:

  • One booth space in the exhibit hall
  • Discount on an additional booth space (if desired)
  • Two exhibit hall passes
  • One in-person meeting registration
  • Acknowledgement on meeting website and virtual platform
  • Attendee contact list (opt in required)

Deadlines

You can reserve your space for an in-person space by 1 October.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, you must send an email to louisville@setac.org. If you cancel your booth by 20 September 2023, you will receive a full refund less a US$50 processing fee. Cancellations made after 20 September 2023 will receive a 50% refund of the booth fee. After 1 October 2023, no cancellation or refund requests will be considered. No refunds will be granted for no-shows.

All refunds will be made after the meeting.
