Showcase your organization’s dedication to environmental science by exhibiting at the SETAC North America Meeting.

Exhibition Package:

Get your booth for $2,600 by 20 August. After this date, prices will increase to $2,950. The exhibition package includes:

  • One booth space in the exhibit hall (furniture and carpet not included*)
  • Discount on an additional booth space (if desired)
  • Two exhibit hall passes
  • One in-person meeting registration
  • Acknowledgement on meeting website and virtual platform
  • Attendee contact list (opt in required)
  • Exhibitor bingo entry (optional, $100 minimum donation to go towards prizes)

*Furniture, carpeting and other booth items can be ordered through Shepard Expo Services for an additional cost. You will be contacted this summer with further information on how to purchase.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, you must send an email to [email protected]. If you cancel your booth by 17 September, you will receive a full refund less a US$50 processing fee. After 17 September, no cancellation or refund requests will be considered. No refunds will be granted for no-shows.

All refunds will be made after the meeting.
