Financial Assistance

If you need financial assistance to attend the SETAC North America annual meeting, check out the SETAC North America meeting attendance grants program, which supports the society’s mission and values by facilitating the participation of students and professionals at the SETAC North America meeting. The program provides waived meeting registration, and in some cases, a stipend to defray costs of attendance, for example travel or dependent care.

Reduced Meeting Registration for Senior Active Members

Candidates must be at least 62 years old, not fully employed, and must be actively involved in the SETAC North America annual meeting.

  • Grant application opens on 26 March.

Meeting Attendance Grant for Students

Meeting registration waiver and travel support with expectation to volunteer at the meeting.

  • Grant application opens on 26 March. Students could apply for an attendance grant when submitting their abstracts by 4 June.

Meeting Attendance Grant for Professionals

  • Grant application opens on 26 March. Professionals, including recent graduates and senior active members, could complete the grant application by 4 June.
