Gothenburg is an attractive city for events. As there will be at least one other large industry event taking place during the period of October 22 to 25, the hotels might be fully booked during the week of the SETAC conference.
The deadlines below are set by the hotels to guarantee a room for SETAC LCA attendees. After the deadline, it might be difficult to find a room in Gothenburg due to other events. Note that it’s better to make a reservation and cancel at a later stage than to miss having a booking. You are not required to pay upfront.
