SETAC Cafés
SETAC Cafes are informal virtual events for environmental professionals to engage in discussions pertinent to the mission of SETAC and its membership (e.g., panels about career paths). Cafes are typically one hour long.
SETAC Virtual Group Meetings
SETAC Virtual Group Meetings are virtual informal meetings that could include topical presentations, planned entirely by group leadership for explorer and full members. Upcoming events are publicized on individual group pages. If you are a full or explorer member, you can easily access your groups by logging in to your SETAC account. Due to limited staff resources, these meetings are not managed by SETAC staff.
SETAC Virtual Symposia
SETAC Virtual Symposia are formal topical presentations by professionals for an audience of their peers, delivered for the exchange of information and training on a specific and timely environmental issue. Virtual Symposia are typically two to four hours long.
SETAC Webinars
SETAC Webinars are formal plenary-level, topical presentations by professionals for an audience of their peers. Webinars are typically one to 1.5 hour long and follow a formal traditional presentation style, followed by a question-and-answer session.

Everyone participating in a SETAC event is bound by SETAC Participants Policies including the SETAC Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics as well as SETAC’s inclusion policy and recording and photo policy.
Certificates
SETAC does not issue attendance certificates for virtual events at this time.
