Invitation for U.S. Members to Advocate for Science
Under the current U.S. Administration, there is mounting concern over proposed policy changes that could undermine environmental protections, public health and science-based decision-making. In response, SETAC North America has prepared an Environmental Science Advocacy Letter urging U.S. leaders to reconsider these changes. The letter calls for responsible, evidence-based policies that prioritize long-term environmental integrity, economic stability and community well-being.
If you wish to show your support, please add your name or your organization’s name by April 7.
By signing this letter, you’re joining a growing coalition of scientists, organizations and concerned individuals committed to protecting the role of science and science-based decision-making. You can also help strengthen this effort by sharing the letter with your colleagues and networks.
The stakes are high, but so is our collective power. Together, we can help ensure that science remains central to decisions that affect our health, environment and economy.
