EPA New Approach Methods Training on the SeqAPASS Tool
Register for the next U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s New Approach Methods (NAMs) virtual training on the SeqAPASS tool, which will be held from 11:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m. EDT on 1 May 2025.
The Sequence Alignment to Predict Across Species Susceptibility (SeqAPASS) tool uses publicly available protein sequence and structure information to examine species similarities and differences to better understand the effects of chemicals on non-target species. SeqAPASS is a fast, online screening tool that allows researchers and regulators to extrapolate toxicity information across species.
