Set the Stage for SETAC Vienna and Prepare Your Path to Participation
Preparations for the SETAC Europe 35th Annual Meeting, scheduled to take place from 11–15 May 2025 in Vienna, Austria, are well underway, and the excitement is already mounting. In just one week, on 11 October, we will officially open the call for abstracts, which we hope will demonstrate the high-level of anticipation for this event.
Aside from a charming host city, which is known to be the most accessible in Europe, the meeting theme, “Innovation for Tomorrow: Progress in Safe and Sustainable Concepts,” together with the many submitted session proposals set the stage for SETAC Vienna to be a significant and vibrant exchange of inspiring, thought-provoking and groundbreaking research. Whether you’re an experienced researcher or just beginning your journey, Vienna could be your next stage to present your work. Start preparing your abstracts, and stay tuned for abstract submission guidance, which will be posted on our website early next week. This guidance will help you fine-tune your abstract and ensure it’s ready for submission.
For SETAC Europe students, there’s even more reason to get involved! If you haven’t applied for a student grant yet, be sure to do so by 30 October. You’ll be notified of the outcome before the abstract deadline, giving you peace of mind that financial support is secured when you submit your abstract. Don’t miss this opportunity and attend the meeting with the help of a grant!
