SETAC Asia-Pacific is registered as an unincorporated entity with the Australian Government and as a not-for-profit organization with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission. Some active chapters in SETAC Asia-Pacific are registered and incorporated individually including the Australasia Chapter and the Japan Chapter.
